This work is not about making you dependent on ongoing support or another person's authority. It is about helping you return to your own self-trust, recognize the patterns that keep pulling you away from yourself, and become steady enough to choose differently.

There are no perfect answers here. I am simply looking to understand where you are, what you are ready for, and whether the support I offer matches what you need.
